1. Who I am
This website is run by Vladimir Koncoš, a freelance web, email and UX designer. I am the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach me at hello@vladimirkoncos.com.
2. What I collect
When you send a project brief, I receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company website and the information about your project. I also collect basic, anonymised usage data such as pages visited and device type.
3. How I use it
I use your brief only to reply to you, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, run the project. I do not sell your data or add you to a newsletter without your consent.
5. Third-party services
The site is hosted with a European hosting provider. Forms, analytics and embedded content may be processed by trusted third parties under their own privacy policies. Links to Toptal, Upwork and LinkedIn take you to their websites.
6. How long I keep it
Briefs that do not turn into a project are deleted within 12 months. Project correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the project and for legal or accounting obligations.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
