A US store for premium wooden hangers wanted its Shopify site to look as considered as its products: a more luxurious first impression, more of the range on show, room for a new line of garment racks, and easier browsing on mobile.
A warm palette of espresso, walnut and rust with Playfair Display headings, set out in a style guide first. From it I designed the homepage, collection page with sidebar filters and single product page, each at desktop, tablet and mobile sizes, and collaborated with the client’s developers through the Shopify build.
A clear, on-brand design system and nine production-ready layouts that the development team could build without guesswork, with a store that now feels premium on every screen.
The store sells hand-crafted wooden hangers for homes, boutiques and hotels. The old site felt generic and hid most of the range, so the redesign leads with a warm, high-end closet scene, shows many more product categories up front and introduces garment racks as a new product line.
I designed the style guide and every key template in Figma, at desktop, tablet and mobile sizes, then worked closely with the client’s development team while they built it in Shopify.
